More about me…
Looking back, I can see that my career has never been about collecting different professions. It has been a continuous exploration of one enduring question: What helps people navigate complexity while remaining connected to themselves, to others, and to the systems they are part of?
I am drawn to the spaces between people, systems, and cultures. Those spaces often hold uncertainty, misunderstanding, and tension, yet they are also where new perspectives emerge, relationships evolve, and change begins. Whether working with leaders, professionals or individuals, I have found myself returning to the same curiosity: What becomes possible when we slow down enough to notice what is happening beneath the surface?
Living and working internationally has profoundly shaped the way I think. It has taught me that people cannot be understood in isolation from the context in which they live and work. Culture, relationships, organisations and life experiences all influence how we see ourselves, make decisions and relate to others.
For a long time, I thought I had to choose between different ways of working, between leadership and therapy, between structure and reflection, between organisations and individuals. Yet the more experience I gained, the more I realised that my work was never about choosing one perspective over another. It was about appreciating the value of each perspective and allowing each one to deepen my understanding of people.
Today, I work as an executive coach, psychotherapist and systemic supervisor. Each discipline continues to challenge and enrich the way I think. Rather than giving me one answer, they have taught me to remain inquiring about the complexity of being human.
Over time, my work has expanded to include embodied approaches, trauma-informed practice, and psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy. Although these fields differ in purpose and practice, they are connected by the same curiosity: deepening our understanding of human experience and helping people translate that understanding into everyday life.
After years of accompanying people through change, I still believe that people are always more than the problem or the story that brings them. Witnessing them discover strengths, perspectives, and possibilities they could not yet see remains one of the greatest privileges of my work.
